Question for Pokemon Black

Can somebody trade me a shadow Lugia if so be in the union room at 12 Tomorrow and if any others I will tell you

Please ask Pokemon XD questions in the Pokemon XD Q&A.

Shadow Lugia CANNOT be traded before it is purified into a normal Lugia. I don't think there is a union room on XD.

Shadow Lugia cannot be traded out of Pokémon XD, the game it is exclusive to. If you ever find a claim of a Shadow Lugia, it's a hack as Shadow Moves do not exist outside of Pokémon XD.

It may be possible to find the Shadow Lugia purified if someone transfers it to Emerald, then through the generations to where you want it; however, it would be in purified form, not Shadow form (which cannot be traded under any circumstances). In this case, Lugia would know Psycho Boost/FeatherDance/Earthquake/Hydro Pump. This is the only Lugia that can legitimately learn the first two of those four moves.

To clarify this answer, the Lugia would have been a Shadow Lugia, but after the purification it turns into a regular Lugia (just with a unique moveset).
