Follow Warrior13's link and create a new topic.
Another way is by looking this up on wifi and seeing if anyone has a shiny ditto.
I am guessing you are trying to breed shiny Pokemon and that's why you want the ditto. I guess that could be an easier way to get shiny Pokemon.
