There are a couple of reasons this could be happening. Either your putting Pokemon up for trade and forgotten about them or your DNS on your Nintendo DS matches a site's give away DNS. There are some sites that when you put in the DNS they put up, you'll get free Pokemon. As good as this may sound these Pokemon that they give away are pretty much hacks.

If you put up a Public-Used DNS then there is a chance you are receiving free pokemon. If this is not it, then you probably put some Pokemon up for trade and maybe have forgotten about them.
