Question for Pokemon Black
How do you make it rain in route seven so that you can find thunderus in the tall grass? And also can a masterball catch a full health thunderus?

You can't make it rain but you can WAIT for it to rain. Also a Masterball can catch anything full health without failing.

After beating Drayden (Iris in White) and going to Route 10, the guy tells about a storm happening in Route 7. Go there and a storm will start. Go to the second house and an old lady brings you in. After going in, Tornadus (Black) or Thundurus (White) appears, then flies away. On an electric bulletin board, it tells where the storm is happening. Go there and walk in the grass for the Pokémon to appear.
For your second question, Master Balls can catch anything without fail.

For your second question, yes, a master ball can catch anything anywhere without fail, it can even catch someone elses pokemon. (Including the elete four!!!!)
