Question for Pokemon Black
On my Pokemon black game I have found a way to get Mew on my game, but I need to catch a level 3 starly and I don't know where to find one. Can somebody please help me.

Starly cannot be found in Pokemon Black. The only ways to obtain one are by Trade, an Action Replay Code, PokeTransfer, or Breeding.
