Keep doing what you were doing (training, exploring, shiny hunting, sage hunting, legendary hunting...). You have just seen the last of the Shadow Triad and heard what happened to Ghetis.
You cannot get the Creation Trio (the dragon's whose orbs you've obtained) in this game, you must trade or migrate to obtain them.
You cannot find Ghetis after beating him in N's Castle, so don't bother looking.
