You must either migrate one from a generation 4 game, or trade for one from someone who has migrated one.

You could also breed a Gabite or Garchomp that you aquire in one of the ways above.

You can get it in the house abov the Battle instatute in Nimbasa city. The boy in the top left corner.

You can get shiny gible on Black 2 for beating the final level of black tower. Probably need empty space in your party. Hope this helps! PS If you like this look for me on Smogon @ EBPLAYSPOKEMON. Thanks!

After you beat the elite four, go to nimbasa city and talk to alder whose house is at the top left. Then you have to go to black city and defeat the black tower area 10 and go back to alder's house to get the gible from his grandson.

Simple after you beat alder for the first time dragon spiral tower will open a new door, and the door only opens little by little each time you beat champion alder. It takes like 5 trips 6 total maybe to go through. Inside is a small dungeon with nothing but dragon Pokemon. Bible is common. Hope this helps.

yeah theres nothing that has that in the game I lokked up all the pokemon in the pokedex and no gible and I saw garchomp but its location says its unknown

After you beat the elite four, go to alder's house in the top left of nibasa city. Then you have to go to black city and defeat all the areas of the black tower. Then go back to alder's house and his grandson will give you gible.
