I believe that the Arceus event is still active via the Dream World. If not, trade for one or migrate one.

Either hack to get one or to answer your question ask one of your friends to catch the pokemon for you or trade a pokemon for Arceus so then he can give it to you If your friends don't want to just do the first option (I'm not good at giving suggestions)Guest answered:
I think the ans might be the dream world: for those of you who don't know what a dream world is it's basically when you open c-gear in the middle it's say online… and if you click that there will be game sync and then click that as well and then you can choose a Pokemon to put to sleep but first you need wifi connection for it and secondly I don't know why but usually it says to log on to a gts thingie but when I register and log on it always says cannot find that user name or something could someone please help me out? Please

Dream world was shut down I think
