Yes. The cheat is called "play a different version if you want to go somewhere different." You can only explore Unova in BW. You can only explore Sinnoh in DPPt. You can only explore Johto in GSC and HGSS. You can only exploer Hoenn in RSE. You can only explore Kanto in RBY, GSC, FRLG, and HGSS.
