If it were me, I would go with Reuniclus. Both of those Pokemon are slow, but Reuniclus has a higher Special Attack Stat. That's why I would go with Reuniclus.
If you like Cofagrigus better than Reuniclus, go with it.

I'd say Reuniclus. Cofagrigusk is a Physical wall, which you already have in Ferrothorn. Reuniclus can take more hits from the Special side, and can also use Recover and Calm Mind to keep him alive longer.
