Question for Pokemon Black
I need to know where I can level up and ev train my litwick,Forsythia (Forsythia is her nickname).She's she is level 34,affected with pokerus,and has timid nature,also her moveset is shadow ball,flamethrower,psychic,and flame charge,also to specific on ev training,I'm training her for speed and a high special attack. So......any suggestions for a level 34 litwick,for a place to ev train and level up into a lampent?

I would recommend you EV Train in Celestial Tower. The only two Wild Pokemon you can find in the Celestial Tower are Litwick and Elgyem. Both of these Pokemon give you 1 Special Attack EV.
I would also recommend you EV Train on Route 16. Gothita, Trubbish, Liepard, and Minccino can be found on Route 16. Trubbish gives you 1 Speed EV. Liepard gives you 2 Speed EV. Minccino gives you 1 Speed EV.
