I personally think there are Three Unova Pokemon that are powerful and yet have beauty. I would say these Pokemon are Simipour, Leavanny, and Mienshao.
Outside of Unova Pokemon, I feel Milotic is most beautiful and yet powerful Pokemon.
Luckily, all of these Pokemon can be obtained in Pokemon Black.

Personally, I believe a shiny haxorus is the best; dark, sleek, powerful and rare, especially since it's a dragon type, haxorus has some of the most value points in a trade and battle.
( guillotine is a one hit ko move it knows, and it rarely misses)

Rarely misses? Guillotine has an appalling 30 accuracy, less than even Zap Cannon. It is also illegal in most organized Wifi battles.

My choice would be servine, lilligant, and victini. Servine as one hot Pokemon of the three starters, lilligant as a trade and victini as a Legendary. My choice for the non special is munna it's symbol for the game is cool.
