Where do I get the HM Waterfall? I've beaten the game and could not find it.

You know the P2 Lab? It's just off route 18 or on route 18( not sure) if you don't check it out, well you go there, then you explore a bit( you don't have to do much) and find a long patch of grass( I mean actually long) it will look like a messed up "I" at the end of it there will be a pokeball, inside it will be your prize, hope I helped.

You may get the hm water fall on route 18 to the left of the house beyond the staircase
