I believe those people will leave after you defeat N and Ghetsis in N's Castle. That should get the job done.

Well, provided you beat Ghetis and are not trying to jump ahead in the game without doing any work, the men shouldn't be there. If they are, then that suggests that your game or save file has been damaged.

When you finsh the first part of the game who be able to go to the brige but I like that brige cause I can collect alot of feathers for free
