The best way to increase a Pokemon's level is by Training. You could also use Rare Candies to increase a Pokemon's level.

You have to train them, or you can use rare candies, although this isn't that recommended because you don't gt as many stat boosts as normal, rare candies are very bad for EV training, but don't take that into consideration that much, it is very confusing.Training your Pokemon is the most beneficial way to level up.Using rare candies is the quickest,however seeing that there are only 12 rare candies in the game(excluding the battle subway)training is definitely your best chance.hope I helped and good luck on getting your poke's to level 100.

Hi hi! Umm I think you can train at nimbasa city' s football and tennis stadium! Uh or training at the Victory road! On this time, I posted this, I am training at Victory road :D. Well okay umm youuuu can doooo... Battling all trainers you did skip.

Then your version is being hacked they have put a level lock in it you either must download other free versions or you must check for other possible cheats
