Well, you find the six sages (excluding Ghetis) at the entrance of N's castle, they are held off by the gym leaders. You'll find Ghetis after beating Reshiram and then N. Ghetis is arrested immediately after beating him.
Unless you already beat Ghetis, saw him arrested, hunted down the other sages, and are now trying to visit him in jail-which is impossible. In this senario, you really should pay attention.

As you know, Ghetsis somehow escaped after being arrested. However, there is no way to find him, even if you have found all the Sages.

If You Found all sages, Go to the biking Thingy and the shadow trio will say something really dumb about apology and give you the palkia, dialga, and giratina orbs. I wonder if they will be a mystery gift.............
