Question for Pokemon Black

I already have a level 69 Hydreigon If I breed it with something(a ditto is most probable)and get a level one Deino is it worth it to train it to the same level just to have a few higher stats?

And if it is worth it could you mention with which Pokemon I should breed it with and any other tips you have(this is optional,if you can only answer the first question it would be a great help)

Breeding Pokemon can yield more than just higher stats. They can inherit special egg moves and you can breed until you get the Nature you want too. Also, breeding for Shiny Pokemon is fun as well.

To answer your second question, almost any Pokemon can breed with Ditto, so spread your horizons to whatever Pokemon you want to breed. Also, if you want the hard to get Phione, breed Ditto and Manaphy.

The only way the new Hydreigon would have higher stats is if it's IVs were better, and that's a hidden value.

If you want a Deino with DARK PULSE(FORMERLY TM 79), then you will need to teach a male EKANS, ARBOK, SEVIPER, or GYARADOS this move in the GEN 4 games. Then, transfer it over with Poke-Transfer. Easy!!
