Question for Pokemon Black

Where is the Best place to level up early game? I have a lv. 25 scraggy I want to level up.

I would recommend you train with your Scraggy in Chargestone Cave.

Early game there is a patch of grass just after visiting the day care on route 3 and defeating the twins in your first double battle (post gym 1). Here you can encounter (as far as I know) your first "AUDINO" the Pokemon that appear in the shacking grass just run backwards and forwards in front of the patch of grass until you see the grass shacking and go fight the "audino" found there. You shouldn't need repels etc as it is such a small area of grass you will be unlucky to trigger another battle before reaching it. Depending on the level 6-11 you get aprox 300 + to 600 + exp. This is much more than the small exp you get from battling anything else in the grass, and is worth the extra time it takes to get these special encounters.
