I would recommend you train in the Pinwheel Forest Area. I would also recommend you train with Togekiss, since the Gym Leader uses Normal Type Pokemon and Togekiss has a Fighting Type Move.

Hope this helps!

Guest answered:

Either keep Togekiss or Pidove. They are both Normal/Flying. You can train just south of the entrance to the Pinwheel Forest.

Guest answered:

Train at the area just south of the entrance to the Pinwheel Forest. Definitely keep and train Togekiss, as it's Aura Sphere (assuming it is one of the moves you plan to use) will prove lethal in Lenora's Gym--she and her three other Trainers use Normal-type Pokemon, and Fighting is the only supereffective weakness. You can also catch and train either a Throh or a Sawk in the same area and use one or both. Should Togekiss, Throh, and/or Sawk faint, Panpour and Rock Smash is your last good chance at winning, but level it up to about 18 first.
