Is my party good?

The team is not very balanced. You have two fire types, two flying types, and two water types. Level-wise, your Chandelure is a bit low (compared to the rest) and Porygon-Z is noticably higher.
Without knowing movesets or abilities, I give your team a 2/10. With good movesets your team might rank much better.

I rate it 1/10 it's not balanced and kinda weak if chandelure and mantine were a bit higher in lvl it would be a 9/10

Man thats a badass team

Level-wise, this team is very unbalanced, but should be able to handle the Unova Elite Four and Alder. Type-wise, four members of your team are weak to either water, rock, or ice--that's asking for trouble if going against something like a Walrein that knows Surf, Ice Beam/Blizzard, and Rock Slide. I give this team a 2.5 of 10...diversify your types more and balance the levels, especially with Chandelure.

4/10i agree with samurot porygon landorus and volcarona level up chandelure and it will be good get rid of mantine and kyurem you get kyurem by going to giant chasm and finding the pond you will hear a screech a blizzard will happen and every thing will be covered in snow walk to the top right of the screen and go in the cave there is kyurem make sure you have a Pokemon with thunder wave and false swipe. Do this and your team wil be a big 10/10 hope this helps
