Haha, a little trick I learned. You actually need to go to the middle of the forest. Than the weirdest thing will happen. In the middle of the forest is a hole, once you get close a blizzard well come. The blizzard will come and cover over the trees so you can pass.

And then you walk up to the stairs an go thruogh the door and you will find kyurem a dragon/ice type legendary ps make sure to save you're game before trying to catch it cause it is a bit tricky pss it is level 75
