Hello every one my question is how do I update my actionreplay and please some one put in english hahaha also do I need a pc/laptop? My 2 laptops broke the batterys got old so we have 2 use my ps3 internet explore. Thanks!!!

Yes sadly you do need a laptop/ computer. To update the action replay Dsi you also need the disk and cord that came with it.
