White Forest is not in Pokemon Black, you have Black City instead.
You catch a shiny Pokemon like you would any other. Finding one requires sheer dumb luck.
Keldeo, Meloetta, and Genesect are event pokemon. They cannot be found in the game, you must wait for Nintendo to release them. They have not even been officially revealed. As far as Nintendo is concerned, they don't exist yet.
