Question for Pokemon Black
What do I do when my copy of Pokemon black says the saved data could not be accessed.Then it says please turn the power off and reinsert the game card.I do that then it tells my the same thing what do I do?

If you used an Action Replay, or other cheating device, then you probably corrupted something. You should delete the save data and the problem should be resoved.
If you haven't used an AR or other cheating device, then there are a couple of things that could have happened, but try deleting the save data anyways.
If you can't even make it to the menu, then either the console (DS) or the game itself is broken in some way, try the game in a different DS. If it works, get a new DS. If it doesn't, get a new game.

If you bought the game used you might not of done the thing on the title screen

That happened to me once, I couldn't repair the game :( I had a zoriark lvl 1000 :(
