Question for Pokemon Black

I just beat the 7th gym,and I am about to enter dragon spiral tower(I think that's what it's called)

I have a Fraxure level 39, Can you please tell me a place that I should train him(he gains exp. At a frustrating rate)?

I still haven't gone to victory road.

At that level you should just train it at dragonspiral cave with an exp. Share. If not route 7 or Mistralton Cave should suffice.

Audino grind him, if you don't know how to Audino grind it is simple,
Step 1: Go somewere were there is grass.
Step 2: Keep walking and don't stop still for a second.
Step 3: Some grass should start shaking go to it and you will find a Audino or one of the monkeys(you want Audino)
Step 4: Beat Audino and you will get loads of experience.
Also try making your Pokemon hold a Lucky egg to increase exp gain even further.

I don't see why anyone bothers with a Haxorus. I beat the 8th gym leaders Haxorus with one hit! Just get a Pokemon that has been with you for a long time and is a high lvl then teach it return (if you have it).
