I don't quite understand what you're trying to ask, exactly, but yea, Scald is a useful move as it protects fire types from rock and ground. It's not the strongest, so it's best used for competitive play or the battle subway.

im talken about tapigs last stage i was asking did any one know it can larn scold

No, but I did know that Emboar could learn scald. Emboar is the only fire type (excluding Castform's sunny form) that can learn scald, and no ice type (including ice/water types) can learn the move. Scald will thaw a frozen pokemon. Panpour and Simipour are the only Pokemon to learn scald by leveling up.
