Does anyone how to get people to show up in black city. Its completely empty in my game.

The amount of people in Black city and the number of buildings is determened by how long it took you to arive there. If you want a lot of people to be there I would suggest that you hurry and try not to take long to finish the game to ensuremor epeople will be there aswell as buildings.

The amount of people in Black City is NOT determined by the amount of time it took you to get there. The amount of people and buildings will increase when you link with someone's game (through entralink forest) and visit their Black City/White Forest. While in their City/Forest you need to talk to the people scattered about. You should get roughly 9 people from one person's game.

you're partly wrong, you should have said that it is not solely determined but the amount of time you took in completing the game, and yes it does have an effect along with the rest of what you said
