First, you need to have both black and white, because you need to have in your party both tornadus and thundurus. Then go to abundant shrine by using waterfall at route 14. Go to the top of that place and you will find a small building. Talk to it and landorus will appear at lv70.

After you beat the game you must have both tornadus and thundurus in your part next head towards the abundant shrine next to white forest.

White forest is also black city for people who have Pokemon black ~ also tornadus is found by looking at the high-tech signs in each city and it will say unusual storm at route ... , then go to the place it says then wait for the storm to come and then go into where the wild Pokemon dwell
