There are 6 more sages to find cause you already Battled Ghetsis who was one of them. The other 6 sages can be found
Route 14
Route 18
The Dreamyard
The Relic Castle
Chargestone Cave
The Cold Storage.
Once you find all sages then Looker will tell you about a sighting of N. That's how you know you have found them all.
