You need to get to the pillar in the center of the first floor and click on it. It should move away and allow you to go on to the second floor. The get to the next floor you'll have to use flash on one of the pillars. On the third floor you'll have to use strength on one of the pillars. The forth floor is the final floor and all you have to do is run out of step count after you get to it.
