Do you need to beat the game first to bring over Celebi and the legenday dogs and if so thats really gay or can you do it once you put in the 4 words

You can bring Celebi and the three dogs to your game as soon as you get to Castelia City. Once you've told the guy there the phrase "Everyone Happy" Simple Connection" save and turn your game off. At the main menu of the game you should see a new option called the Relocator. Click on it and it'll send out a download play, now you need another DS which you put a copy of Pokemon Heart Gold, Soul Silver, Diamond, Pearl or Platinum. Now when you turn on the second DS don't go to your game instead click on DS Download Play. This will send any of the event Pokemon over to your Pokemon Black or White.
