How do you add the English patch to the ROM I have japan's version but don't know how to add the patch

Should be able to patch it if you put the patch in the same file as the ROM, then either double click the patch or drag it over top of the ROM file. Buuuut, of course we're not allowed to talk about ROMs, so I can't give you a real detailed answer. ):

Sorry I would love to help but any discussion on ROM's are prohibited on every gaming website because it's illegal. Should wait until the legit game comes out in stores.
