All you have to is beat a certain level which is world 5 level 5 . When you beat it a key will pop to crazy daves shop. Now to get all choices beat everything.
If you're meaning the thing where Crazy Dave picks a few plants for you after you beat the game and play story AGAIN,you can't stop it. If not,the other people have provided answers to everything else I think y ou could mean
