I am not too sure but you will receive a title if you find one!
You can find nests and the arena in both single and multiplayer modes although I do not know if you can find them during missions, sorry

There is only 3 types of nests and they are:
The Rappy Nest can ONLY be found in Paru.
The Booma Nest can ONLY be found in Makara.
The Usanny Nest can ONLY be found in Rioh Snowfields.

Whilst the Arena can be found in any of the 7 places
