I've already paired(bred) my horse with Luc's mare, but I want to do it again.I've won all the competitions at least 2 times.What else should I do so he'll let me breed them again?

You need to just keep going to luc.also you can try selling your foal. or if you dont want to sell your foal then try racing a few times and try to win and then go to lucs after each time
