Make sure the ones that you want to mate have 3 hearts.Then put all the other puppies in the pet room.Wait for the floating hearts.

They all have to have 3 hearts and be in a room alone but they have to have a big smiley face like this :D

You have to get a boy and girl make sure theres a shocked looking face between them and they have a puppy but they have to be fullgrown

or u can just let them hang out whn there puppys and then when there grown up it well be much faster mating. good luckGuest answered:
To make your dogs mate they have to have the harts and be an adult then they have to be happy together.

Step 1: Grow your dogs(Female & male)
What you do is pet them rapidly, and you should see a few hearts at a time appear... Then next minute it's grown. Keep doing this till it has three hearts on the screen above.
Step 2: Have them in the same room
Choose a room with a play chest. Bring out a toy and throw it to your dogs. If they play with it together, then their relationship grows. When they have a emote like this: : D Then they should be breeding anytime now.
