(If this is a real question that's somewhat recent... I don't know if I can see the date you asked this or not; I'm new to the site 🤷🏻♀️) To actually start the game you have to go to the room with the stairs and walk up right next to the stairs and push the A button (or click the icon of the girl's face in the bottom left) and then click "Finish day." The next day, the rodent pen should be there. Then you need to complete the objectives, which you can find in the house too. Go to the room with the computer on the desk and either push the A button next to the desk or click the icon of the girl's face and then select "Scenario statistics." Then you can see your progress on the objectives. Others have asked about how to complete the objectives like administering medicine, so if you needed more help then go there. Hope this horribly long essay helped in any way :^>
