When I pet my dog a lot it sparkles and if I pet it more a sparkling green outline of a bone comes up and then it goes away why does it come up and what is it?

That shows that your dog is very happy with you. All dogs love attention, so when you command attention to it, those sparkles/stars pop up. Which is why when you stop they go away.
And when you're training it and the light bulb comes up, you can drag it to you puppy's mouth and she will eat it!!!!!!
The sparkles mean that your dog has given you trainer points and when your dog is very happy with you appears the bone treat,it will also give you trainer points.another type of treat is the lightbulb treat,it appears when you are teaching a new trick to your dog and it helps the dog to learn the trick quicker than usual.

I think that if you feed it 2 you're dog, you're trainer points will increase.
