How do you start a new game without action replay. Please help !!

If you're talking about erasing all the data then press and hold A B X Y and the L and R shoulder buttons all at the same. This will delete everything you have acheived in the game.
Note: It tells you how to do these things in the manual.
Just click A,B,X,Y,L,R,all at the same time if that doesnt work add start and sellect.
Its so hard pressing @ the same time man you guys all lie! I don't think you can restart unless you get another game........
You can restart I read it in the game manual all you do is press left right a b x y at the same time it may take some time but just hold it down I've done it tons of times!
You have to delete all your dogs (when you have the money) and leave one dog. Then you buy your puppy, such as a Chihuahua, Husky, Lab or whatever you buy it and delete your last dog! I did it like 13 times. Always worked!
