Hi....
I have only just started my nintendogs and was asking myself how to get that alswell as the Skipping rope and baloons.
I have looked at a certain amount of sites and they are telling me that I have to have at least 300 trainer points in order to find the pull rope, skipping rope and baloons....I also think that you can find them when going on walksm to the discpunt shop. (the icon on the walk for it shound be a kind of brown square with a bone or something like that in it..

Sometimes If you go to the Discount Store Which there are 2, One is located above your house to the left and one below your house to the left So Basically If you keep on visiting the discount store you can find a Pull rope, treats, Milk and other Items like Natural Dog Food. Hope this Helped!
