I don't mean to be a bit silly but, when it says name the dog I say his name LUCKY and he gets it and then it comes up with well done now keep calling his name and he should respond. Or something like that.
I do it many times and then it says Your dog seems to have forgotten his name please try again. I have done this about three times and I'm getting very frustrated could someone please help me.

Make sure you're saying his name in the same tone you did last time.
And you can only do this in a quiet room.
If it's your first dog, the same thing happened to me. It's kind of hard @ 1st, so just keep trying
Trying to train your first dog is hard try it in a nice quiet room thats what I did
1. Turn the mic down if the room your in is loud or just leave it.
2.say it's name a lot(when calling it , petting it, etc.)
3.if you naming the dog after your own dog don't keep telling the dog to sit because the real dog will sit and then look at you like you're crazy (I did that!)
