I personally have not have my dogs have puppies, but my friend has had nintendogs for a while and has had 2 dogs of the same breed. One day she turned on nintendogs and saw three dogs. I think you just have to let your dogs get old.
To have pups you must have 99999 (infinite) trainer points and must have 2 dogs, a girl and boy, alone with the same breed, just the 2 of them with the right top squeare empty, don't take them for walks or contests, just give them natural dog food (not canned or anything) and milk and in a couple of weeks you might find a pup :D
