If you have the version Dalmatian and Friends, the Dalmatian should already be in the dog adoption center. Just go there and buy it. If you have another version, however, you must connect with someone who has a Dalmatian before you can buy it.

Actually,u can also obtain the dalmstion by getting a fireman hat,and then go to the kennel.there,just open up "buy" ad it should be there!hope I helped!
