Question for Nintendogs: Dachshund and Friends

I am stuck on the part where you have to say your dogs name so it gets used to it. Can some body help me. bailey boy

All you do is keep saying it's name without changing the tone.

Man, too much people get stuck in this part! Try to name your dog with a simple name so you'll be able to pronunciate it correctly and in the same tone, so your puppy can understand you better. Hope this helps!

Ok I had stuck with this for sooo long! First, call the dogs name. When it comes to you, pet it a little bit. Now, don't go back to the home page and call his/her name again, that will make them forget it. So when you finish petting them, just say their name. They should bark if they hear you. Just keep saying their name and within minutes it will be used to it's name. Hope this helped!
