You can't get them to go on walks together but I can tell you this: if you go on lots of walk it is possible to find the rainbow collar but if you ds is freezing alot or just old save it as soon as you find a clover clock or rainbow collar I forgot to tell you what they do: put on the rainbow collar and set the clover clock and expect rare things on walks and if your ds is scratchy freezes alot or is old save it because if you don't the screen will freeze and you can't save your progress if you don't save it then you rainbow collar wont be there in accesories thats what happened to me :(
