You get the Bowser Kart on Chihuahua, and it's rare. You find it at random on walks.

I have Chihuahua and Friends and I havent gotten a cart yet... But a friend of mine who also has the game got Princess Peaches main kart from mario kart. I havent heard about the other games though.
