You find them on walks.just keep walking around and around until you find one

HEY!!! To all that ask "where did you find the firemans hat" or "where did you find the lucky collar"
It isn't possible to tell,its random! RANDOM!
But anyway, the best form is increasing a lot your trainer points and whe you go on a walk you might find rare items that you did'nt have before.
