You had to walk it alot then sooner or later you'll have high stamina.

P.S: You will have a better chance getting the jack russel book.

To get your dog to have high stamina, you have to walk your dog as much as you can. When I'm playing the game for awhile,I trie two walk my dog every 30minutes If you look at the book that is about caring for your dog (it is under the care section) it says take your puppy for a walk at least once a day but if you want to walk dog more give you do a 30min. Break in between.
