You can, apparently, also find the lucky collar if you walk in the beach-dip at the bottom of the map. Someone got 5 lucky collars -- my friend, actually -- by walking there every half-hour.

You get the rose on long walks, but you don't have to have it to breed your dogs, so if you don't get it it's ok you can still breed your dogs it just has a lower chance of working

Hiya, I am trying to breed my 2 dalmations and I am trying to find both lucky collar and rose...my sister has a rose and I asked her to give it to me over bark mode.She said no..it's pure luck go to walks a lot and make sure your your dog is Full, quenched, beautiful and Happy.I had 3 yorkies on my old account and believe it or not I had 8 roses and 9 lucky collars...believe mego next to the dents whereever the beach is on your account(my old account had a different maphan my new one)and then go on long walks do he walking cheat and It will come evenually. You go on some walks but they have to be loooonnnnnggggggg walks I mean like long!Trust me once I got 20 roses and 30 lucky collars it may sound weird but it's true!!!
