No they can't have babys, but it would be cool if they could.

No, because they don't age so they will stay puppys forever, and puppys can't breed.

Thats a good question, but no it just can't be done. It would be cool if it could though. But if you want a game like that, that will let you do that try buying Dogz and Catz 5, or Petz 5. I have it and I think it's real fun!
